Do you have a front desk or concierge?
We are a self check in hotel with a Virtual Concierge for your convenience. Our team is available around the clock to assist you during your stay. With our digital check-in and key system, the process is seamless and efficient.
To check in, simply follow the check-in link we’ll send you 48 hours before your arrival date. The process requires uploading a photo of your ID, a selfie, and a $100 security deposit, which will be released upon check-out. You can also use the link to purchase parking and request early check-in.
Just before your check-in time, you’ll receive your digital key and room assignment, allowing you to enjoy a hassle-free arrival experience. We look forward to making your stay enjoyable and stress-free!
What is the Security Deposit policy?
We authorize a $100 security deposit / incidentals hold on your online check-in link. This is an authorization hold on the funds which will show as “processing” during your stay and is released upon checkout, once your room is inspected. You will see the funds reflected back on your account generally in 1-3 days, depending on your bank. The security deposit can only be collected on your check-in link and we do not accept cash.
The following actions are prohibited, and any associated costs will be deducted from the deposit:
Interior damage
Excessively stained linens or towels
Extra cleaning requirements
Smoking in the room
Breaking maximum occupancy rules
Disturbing other guests
Theft of items
Unauthorized late check-out

When will my card be charged for room charges?
REFUNDABLE RATE
Upon booking your card is authorized for the first night of your reservation. Guests have up to 24 hours prior to check-in to cancel or change their reservation at no charge. After that time, the guest’s card will be charged the full amount of the reservation, and is not refundable. All changes are subject to availability.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE
Upon booking your reservation will be charged in full and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Guests may change the dates of their stay up to 24 hours prior to check-in. All changes are subject to availability. Please note that all reservations are subject to the taxes and fees below.
Amenity Fee: $20 / day charge per reservation
Tax: Oklahoma Occupancy Tax (0.367%), State Tax (4.5%), City Tax (8.65%).

Do you offer a Military or AAA discount?

Can I pay cash for the room charges or security deposit? Can I pay when I get there?
We kindly inform you that we do not accept cash for security deposits or room charges. Only credit or debit cards are accepted as payment methods. Additionally, please note that payment upon arrival is not allowed. Your security deposit will be processed through the online check-in link, which you’ll receive 48 hours prior to your arrival. It is required to be completed by 4 PM on your check-in date. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
How old do you have to be to check in?
You must be at least 18 years old to check in to our hotel. We look forward to welcoming you and ensuring you have a pleasant stay with us!
Why do you require a scan of my ID and picture of myself?
We utilize the photos of yourself and your ID to verify your identity and match to the credit card provided and the name on the reservation. This process allows us to issue your digital key so you may arrive directly to your room.
